Six Uncommon Policies Your Insurance Agency May Offer

You want your home and family to be protected in case of an accident. It is the best thing you can do. However, that protection can be a little fickle. Your insurance agency may reimburse you in the event of certain problems, but it might not provide funds for other issues. In fact, if you do not have some of these policies, you may be footing the bill yourself in the event of an accident.

Renter’s Policy

Everyone knows it’s a necessity to get an insurance agency to write a policy for a home, but many do not think about getting a policy when they are renting. Yes, your property owner has coverage for their property in the event of a fire or another incident. However, that policy does not cover your valuables. A typical policy only costs a few dollars a month and includes some liability coverage as well.

Pet Policies

Like your children, your four-legged family members need annual checkups and vaccinations in order to be in top health. In the event that they need an operation at some point, it can get expensive. You can check with your insurance agency to see if they offer coverage for your pet that will help offset some of their general care costs.

Antique Coverage

Having a homeowner or even a renter policy does not mean that your valuable antiques are protected. Some policies do not cover these items, as they can be costly to replace or restore. However, if you own valuable family heirlooms, you may check into additional coverage. In the event that something should happen to the property, you want to make sure you have full replacement value or restoration coverage.

Long-Term Care

Most employers offer some form of disability insurance. However, they do not always provide long-term care coverage. In the event you should need to go to a nursing home or require long-term home care, this type of policy can save you money in the end. If you purchase this policy when you are younger, you will not spend as much. However, they can be pricey if you are not careful. You may also only purchase one that pays for three to five years of service, as most holders need them for more than three years.

Longevity

Most people understand the need to put money back for their retirement. However, in some cases, even the best-laid plans can find you running out of money before you pass. By purchasing longevity plans from an insurance agency, you can help ensure you are not in a bind. This program allows you to receive a specified monthly amount beginning at age 85. For example, you purchase $50,000 indemnity at age 55. At age 85, you would begin receiving the same approximate amount yearly.

Wedding

Wedding plans are nominal in cost, but they can save you a lot of frustration. The average cost of the big day can be upwards of $24,000. If you have to postpone it due to inclement weather or the death of a family member, you could spend as much to get it back on track. Having something in place to help you in the event your big day doesn’t go as planned is a good idea.

Will Three’s Purchase of O2 Affect You?

Once upon a time (circa 2003), Three was the plucky upstart in Britain’s mobile networks race. They came with a weird name, some weird phones (remember the NEC E313?) and peddled something called 3G connectivity. For years they were mired by poor reception and bad phone choices, but the company (funded by the extremely wealthy Hutchison Whampoa) continued on, despite proving unpopular in the market.

As the years rolled by, Three began to remedy those issues, helped by a new wave of smartphones which included 3G support as standard and through the purchase of a large amount of wireless spectrum, Three began to gain ground. It also helped that they aggressively undercut the competition in terms of pricing, offering the latest smartphones on extremely generous contracts for quite reasonable monthly sums.

O2, on the other hand, can trace their roots back to the very earliest telephone communications – through their original parent company BT. They won the initial license to create a mobile telecommunications network in the UK and grew into one of the largest networks in the country, now under the ownership of the Spanish mobile giant Telefonica. In years gone by, they were the exclusive partner with Apple on the iPhone, but these days they’re known for their great customer service, premium product offerings and sponsorship of venues.

What do these companies have in common? Well, they’re the two of the biggest networks in the UK, and the former is trying to purchase the latter. Yes, Three are now flush with cash and Whampoa are trying to complete the merger of their two companies for a reported £10.25 billion. It would create the biggest mobile network in the UK, large enough to rival EE, which was formed from the merger of T-Mobile and Orange. Their merger faces a hard battle against regulatory bodies who are concerned that the loss of a competitor in the market would lead to bad results for customers.

If the deal does go through though, what would it mean for you?

Well, it might mean a number of things. On the plus side, it would mean that the O2 and Three networks would be brought together to share their coverage. This would give the newly unified company a huge amount of 2G, 3G and 4G coverage. Almost instantly, customers would be given access to this newly expanded network, which means faster internet in more places, which can only be a good thing. It might also mean the expansion of benefits from each company, like free data roaming on Three and O2 Priority Rewards which offer special deals to customers on their network.

On the other hand though, as the regulatory bodies fear, it could mean less competition in the market. That could mean higher prices and worse customer service, as there are fewer businesses around to force prices down. Recent Ofcom regulations said that mobile networks cannot change the pricing of their contracts after you’ve taken it out, but it could mean that by the time you’re ready to shop for a new one, you could be left paying more than before.

In the short term though, it’s worth remembering that this deal has to come up against some considerable hurdles in order to complete. All we can do is wait and see what the future has in store for us.

Contact Telephone Numbers is the home to some of the most sought after customer service numbers in the UK, including the O2 customer service contact number. So, if you need to get in touch with the British mobile network, there’s only one place you need to look.

Why Not Get a Nude Glamour Photography Shoot for Yourself?

Survey finds 9 out of 10 Women Take Naked Photos and why you should do a Nude Glamour Photography session.

Cosmopolitan.com conducted a survey of 850 readers, 99 percent female and 98% of women have admitted to taking or having taken naked photographs of themselves and 82% said that they would do it again so why do so many women like to have nude photographs of themselves.

There are many different reasons some girls are in a long distance relationship with their man and they say it helps it also gives them something to do to express their feelings for the other person. Some women have actually expressed that having feminism tendencies makes them feel not a sensuous sexy lady and use nude glamour photography to remind themselves that they are but what many women don’t realise is the empowerment a good nude glamour photography session can do for them personally take Sally, name changed Sally was in deep depression and feeling completely worthless and tried to commit suicide by cutting her wrists once her wounds had healed her friends dragged her a long for professional nude glamour photographer having a secret word to the photographer about her mood the session was organised, the shoot took approximately half a day and included some champagne there was a lot of fun, laughing and a good time was had once the nervousness of being naked was gone but what really affected the photographer yes that’s right the photographer was the positive impact it had on Sally she never saw herself in such a way it was as if Sally had never seen her beautiful sexy body before but through the eyes of the photographer she could see she was worth more than life itself Sally left the studio that day a different woman it also left the photographer a completely changed man.

Here are another 6 reasons you should have nude glamour photography session

1. Taking nude photographs is a hell of a lot of fun provided you have chosen the right professional photographer you will know that he cannot do a thing with your images without your written permission there is a little bit of a feeling of naughtiness or taboo when you’re getting a nude photo shoot done and that’s what makes it even more sexy and enjoyable and if your photographer is a straight male think of what you might be doing to him ha ha.

2. A photograph can make you look and feel super sexy it is something you can pull out of the drawer when you feel a little down and say yes baby that’s me

3. It’s empowering why is it society makes us feel naked bodies should be viewed with shame the fact is the female form is not only sexy to men but also women

4. Let’s face it, it’s flattering when somebody wants to see you naked or would you rather than say how disgusting that’s awful.

5. It’s a beautiful form of intimacy. Ninety nine per cent of the naked photographs I’ve taken in my life are for nobody’s eyes but my own.

6. Our fascination with ourselves (selfies), given our sex drives, given everything we know about people and the internet – shouldn’t a nude glamour photography shoot be the most obvious thing in the world? Not necessarily because we want people to see them. Not because we were thinking about the consequences of our actions. But mostly, because it’s fun.

http://glamour-photography.net.au/ is a specialist in nude glamour photography and will do the shoot for free if he can use (legally) your images for his website, this offer would be for a short time only.

Boundaries: Can A Lack Of Boundaries Stop Someone From Being Able To Get In Touch With Their Needs?

If one was to go out for a meal with a friend, it is likely to show that they both have the need to do so. This will not only allow them to fulfil their need to eat something, it will also allow them to fulfil a number of other needs.

A Match

Therefore, although they are both individuals, their needs have brought them together. But even when they are together, it doesn’t necessarily mean that their needs will always be the same.

During this time, they could both have a number of different needs that they won’t be able to fulfil. Nevertheless, the needs that they are able to fulfil will more than make up for the needs that they are unable to.

Part of Life

One way of looking at this would be to say that this is something that can’t be avoided, and this is because human beings are not all the same. If everyone had the same needs, and they experienced each need at the same time, this wouldn’t be the case.

Yet as this is not how life is, one will have to overlook certain needs when they spend time with someone. Yet, once their time together has come to an end, one might be able to go about getting them met.

For Example

If one was to spend time with someone who they know from work, they might only talk about certain things. As a result of this, other parts of their life will need to be overlooked while they are in their company.

But as one will know what this person is like and what they will talk about, there will be no reason for them to be frustrated by this. In the same way that if one was to order a hot drink, they wouldn’t complain that it is hot.

Another Experience

There are then going to be other people who they spend time with, and one will be able to express the other parts of themselves around them. Each person they spend time with can then end up fulfilling different needs.

And even if one was in a relationship with someone, it is still not going to be possible for this person to fulfil all of their needs. There will be needs that they can meet and needs that they are unable to meet.

Let Down

If one was in a relationship and they expected this person to meet all of their needs, they would set themselves up to suffer. This would cause their partner to experience a lot of pressure, and the relationship might not last for very long.

Or, if it does last, it might be an area of their life that takes a lot from them and doesn’t give them much back. So, this shows how important it is for someone to be in touch with their needs and to realise that they can’t all be met by one person.

Other Areas of Life

In addition to this, there will be the needs that one has when it comes to their career and their need to relax. When it comes to the former, they might do something that is completely different to what their friends do.

Thus, they would have had to listen to their own needs in order to get to where they are, and this is something they will have to continue to do. On the other hand, when it comes to the latter, they may like to relax in the same way that their friends do.

In Tune

When one experiences life in this way, it is going to show that they are in touch with their needs, and they feel comfortable enough to pay attention to them. If one was in touch with their needs but they didn’t feel comfortable expressing them, it wouldn’t matter.

One is then going to see their needs as being normal and not as something that they need to hide. There is then going to be no reason for them to feel ashamed or as though it is not safe for them to reveal them.

Another Scenario

If one doesn’t feel comfortable with their needs, it is not going to matter if they are in tune with them. They will be seen as being bad and one will need to do everything they can to hide them from others.

One could then come across as a people pleaser, and they could have the tendency to rescue others. Other people could even describe them as someone who is selfless, and it will then be as if one doesn’t have needs.

Another Element

When one is in touch with their needs and they are able to fulfil them, it will also show that they have strong boundaries. And, this is not simply going to mean that they can stand their ground; what it means is that they will have an energetic boundary around them.

Now, this might sound a bit airy fairy and as something that has no basis in reality, but it is what will allow one’s true-self to be expressed. Without this invisible boundary in place (invisible to the five senses), one would end up being overwhelmed by other people.

Exposed

Through being wide open and absorbing what is going on for other people, it would stop them from being able to tune into their own needs. In fact, they could have moments when they believe that other people’s needs are their own.

Through experiencing life in this way, their life will be a reflection of other people, and their true-self won’t see the light of day. If one does experience life in this way, it can be due to what took place during their early years.

Awareness

At this time, they may have been brought up by someone who lacked boundaries themselves, and this would have meant they were unable to respect one’s boundaries. This could have been a time when one was abused and/or neglected.

If one can relate to this, they will probably need to work with a therapist or someone who will allow them to develop their energetic boundary for the first time.

The Victorian Workhouse [Part One]

The Workhouse was built for the poor and needy, and intended to be so harsh and hostile that only the truly destitute would seek refuge there. It was hoped it would solve the problem of poverty as many rich people believed people were poor because they avoided work, but for many, this simply wasn’t the case. For example, a family could be surviving very well until the head of the house died suddenly possibly in a work-related instance such as a pit accident, some other injury or illness. The mother and children might well end up in the workhouse as there were too many mouths to feed and they couldn’t survive off the parish. Once there, the whole family would be kept apart from one another, sorted into the following categories.

Men infirm through age or illness
Women infirm through age or illness
Able-bodied men over 15 years
Able-bodied women over 15 years
Boys between 7 and 15
Girls between 7 and 15
Children under the age of 7

The idea behind this was so that people didn’t breed, even the elderly were segregated. Each section had its own exercise yard and there were separate boys and girls schools.

The buildings themselves were stark, foreboding places, undecorated and very much like prisons. High walls encompassed the workhouse cutting inmates off from the outside world.

Workhouses contained dormitories, washrooms, workrooms, a ‘refractory ward’ which was for solitary confinement, a mortuary, bake-house, receiving wards, dining halls and a chapel. Any sick or old person housed on the upper floors would be become a prisoner in the ward because he or she might not be able to manage the stairs.

Space was to a premium. Too many people were crammed into the smallest space possible: for example, eight beds could be put into a narrow dormitory only sixteen feet long; thirty-two men were put into a dormitory 20 feet long; ten children and their attendants were put into a room 10 feet by 15 feet.

The hospital ward took in all cases, so at any one time there may have been patients suffering from any variety of complaints ranging from dysentery to diphtheria, and let us not forget there were several outbreaks of cholera up and down the land during the Victorian era. But sometimes people were better off in the workhouse if they were ill than if they were outside of it as they may not be able to afford good medical care otherwise.

Furniture was basic: cheap wooden beds, flock-filled palliasses as mattresses, only two or three blankets would be provided and pillows considered a luxury, sheets were not provided. Most inmates shared beds. There were no comfy chairs just wooden benches, tables and stools. Seats were not upholstered. Walls were bare apart from lists of rules and regulations and various Bible passages were displayed.

The day began early at 5.00 am with the tolling of the bell. Prayers and breakfast were between 6.00 am and 7.00 am. The inmates were expected to work between 7.00 am and 6.00 pm but they were allowed an hour’s break for lunch between midday and 1.00 pm. Prayers were said between 6 and 7.00 pm. Supper took place between 7 and 8.00 pm and then they were expected to go to bed and sleep, when the whole rota began again with the toll of the bell at 5.00 am the following morning.

The sort of work the men were expected to undertake was: bone crushing, stone breaking, oakum picking [which was untying threads from ropes used on ships etc’,] and sometimes working in the corn mill or on vegetable plots at the workhouse.
For women, it often involved domestic duties such as working in the laundry, scrubbing floors, blacking leading fire grates, etc.

On admission, the inmates own clothing was removed and sanitised. They were searched and washed and made to wear a uniform and their hair cropped to prevent infestation of head lice. Women wore a shapeless dress which reached ankle length, long stockings and knee length drawers and a poke bonnet. Men wore striped shirts and ill-fitting trousers that were made shorter by tying pieces of string at the knee, thick vest, woollen drawers and socks and a neckerchief and, in wintertime, a coarse jacket.

Meals lacked nutrition for the inmates and often the Board of Guardians got to dine like kings and queens whilst the inmates made do with a thin watery gruel for breakfast, and at other times a thin vegetable soup and piece of bread. Sometimes they had meat but it was very sparse.

Children were sometimes educated inside the workhouse where there was a boys’ school and a girls’ school, so in that respect, workhouse children might be better educated than those who received no education at all in the community. When children got older they learned new skills and became apprenticed to learn crafts such as carpentry or midwifery. And some workhouses had industrial schools where children learned such skills.

Massage in Bucharest

Recognize it! You’re busy! And so must be! That’s what life is like! But you want more than that, you want to do more for yourself and massage can help. Because massage makes more than a simple relaxation of the mind and body. It keeps your body in shape and gives you enough energy to make you enjoy a longer life better than you do it today.

Massage releases stress. At the moment, stress is a universal evil. Every time you are late, every time you avoid a car in traffic, every time you have trouble working, stress is doing his job. Each time adrenaline increases heart rate and cortisone levels and organs respond to the measure. You will be in a state of nerves and constant agitation.
When there is no release of stress, serious problems such as an upset stomach, hypertension, sleep disturbances, chest pain, or existing illness may worsen.

Some of the changes that may occur are: Anxiety, lack of concentration, depression, permanent fatigue, muscle or bone pain, sexual dysfunction, excessive sleep or insomnia

All these stress-related problems can be diminished and some can be totally eliminated by massage. The researchers concluded that a massage session can lower heart rate and blood pressure, relax your muscles and increase endorphin production. The massage also releases serotonin and dopamine and the result is a general relaxation, both physical and mental.
Our body care must be at the top of the priorities.
By adding the massage to your routine you will look much better and you will be much healthier and relaxed. Massage can improve your vitality and mood. Massage can prepare for a long and beautiful life.

Our masseuses personalize each massage session according to the needs of the individual.
Our massage parlors offer a variety of relaxation styles and techniques to help you. Apart from relaxing, massage can be a powerful ally in reducing pain, increasing energy levels, improving mental and physical performance

We recommend : HotAngels , VipZone , JadePalace , ThaiPassion

After a massage session, you will see how the mental prospects are enriched, the body allows easier handling, better pressure resistance, relaxation and mental alertness, calm and creative thinking.
When you have the impression or force yourself to stay straight, your body is not actually aligned properly. Not only does the posture look bad, but it forces some of the muscles to go muddy all day, while others become weaker. After a long time, the incorrect position may cause other drops. For example, internal organs press on what affects digestion, breathing ability is also diminished, which means that much less blood and oxygen reaches the brain and hence all sorts of other complications.

Massage allows you to return your body to the track. Allowing the body to make healthy and accurate movements is one of the greatest benefits of massage. Massage can relax and restore muscles injured by bad posture, allowing the body to position itself in a natural, painless position.
Apart from posture, there is also anxiety. One of the signs of anxiety and stress can also be heavy breathing. When the body begins to breathe too little and deeply instead of breathing at a natural rithm, it is impossible for one to relax. One reason may also be that the chest muscles and the abdomen get tightened and the air gets harder.

Massage plays an important role in learning the body how to relax and how to improve breathing. Respiratory problems such as allergies, sinuses, asthma or bronchitis are a group of conditions that can benefit from massage. In fact, massage can have a positive impact on respiratory function.

Many of the muscles in the front and back of the upper part of the body are breathing accessory. When these muscles are tight and shorten they can block normal breathing and interrupt effective breathing natural rithm. Massage techniques for stretching and relaxing these muscles improves breathing function and breathability. Massage leads to an opening of the chest as well as structural alignment and nerve dilatation that are required for optimal pulmonary function. A good way to treat respiratory problems with massage is the taping made in Swedish massage. When done on the back, along with vibrations, it can detach the mucus from the lungs and can clean the airways for better later function.

Massage not only relaxes muscles, but helps people become aware of daily stress levels. Once the body recognizes what really means relaxation, the mind can rest easily relax before the stress becomes cornice and harmful. This will help you enjoy a balanced life. Massage controls breathing, allows the mind to re-create relaxation before the occurrence of chronic and harmful stress and increases the level of energy.
